SX2281 : Altarnun, Cornwall, St Nona's Church SX2281 : The font in St Nonna's, Altarnun

St Nonna's Church with its 33 metre tall tower was built in the 15th century, of stone brought from Bodmin Moor. The interior has a series of bench ends carved by a 'Robert Daye' depicting 'a man with a cauldron, a bagpiper, a fiddler and a fool' [Villages of Britain, Aslet 2010].
