The Weavers, Luddendenfoot
The Weavers, Luddendenfoot
This public house was formerly the Weaver's Arms. Images on Geograph taken in 2008 and 2010 show it closed. It perhaps re-opened for a while as the pub's website states that it closed in early 2012, and re-opened in August after redevelopment. The pub to the left has been close for a long time, and the building is for sale. I think it was the 'Coach and Horses', which closed in 2007. It was formerly the 'General Rawdon', which was built in 1879 to replace the 'Red Lion' (from Malcolm Bull's Calderdale Companion).
