Colney Heath: Hatfield Quarry conveyor belt (2)

This plant appears to propel the conveyor belt and also allows two different sections of long conveyor belt to overlap one another with the incoming conveyor on the right riding up and over the receiving conveyor on the left with conveyed material being dropped from the former onto the latter.
