SJ9001 : Aldersley Junction Bridge and Wolverhampton Bottom Lock

taken 41 years ago, near to Oxley, Wolverhampton, Great Britain

Aldersley Junction Bridge and Wolverhampton Bottom Lock
Aldersley Junction Bridge and Wolverhampton Bottom Lock
This was taken in 1978.
Other than tidying up and the addition of a plate naming the bridge little has changed in the intervening years.
From here it is a 21 lock climb over two miles into the middle of Wolverhampton.
