Built in 1903; designed by Cackett & Burns Dick for Wards the printers. A handsome Art Nouveau building in rich red brick and smooth stone, with four columns of bay windows set against the brickwork. The building is Grade II listed LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) .
