A former railway dock, it is now used for long-term mooring of pleasure boats and houseboats.
Poplar Dock

This dock was formed out of a former East India Dock basin in 1850 as a commercial dock for the North London Railway. It is accessed by a lock on the north side of the Blackwall Basin. Now listed grade 2 (list entry number 1260060).
