PLA Harbourmaster launch "Richmond" off Syon House

This is one of four twin-hulled safety launches for the Port of London Authority harbourmasters. They are made of aluminium, built by Alnmaritec in Northumberland. Compared with previous launches it produces less wake, which helps rowers, and uses far less fuel.
