See J3373 : "that wee café", Belfast (April 2015). This has now closed. My understanding is that, given the proposed redevelopment of the Scottish Mutual building, it was never intended to be a long-term occupancy.
The proposed Scottish Mutual hotel site, Belfast

An imposing sandstone, turreted structure at the corner of Donegall Square South and Bedford Street, the Scottish Temperance (later Scottish Mutual) Buildings were built in 1904 to a design by Henry Seaver and remain “as built”. It was reported (July 2013) that the intention is to convert the building into a hotel incorporating ground-floor bars and restaurants.
