Disused Sewage Works
Disused Sewage Works
These look to be the old drying pans of the sewage works that existed on this site. The barrier in the foreground provides a place of safety for permanent way staff working on the Hitchin Grade Separation line to Cambridge. The line of trees in the distance marks the route of the Icknield Way.
