Lancaster Road Bridge construction (A6)
Lancaster Road Bridge construction (A6)
View towards Lancaster. The Heysham to M6 link road will cross here at ground level. The bridge will carry the A6 over the new road.
An old car has been deliberately crushed by a dumper truck, and left on display (centre-left) to discourage people from entering the construction site.
The bridge abutments appear to be complete.
