This lane, about 4 miles form Bridge of Orchy, forms part of the West Highland Way. The West Highland Way continues straight ahead through the wooden gate as it heads northwards towards Fort William.

The West Highland Way is a long distance footpath in Scotland. It stretches for 96 miles, from Milngavie in Glasgow's northern outskirts to Fort William. As its name suggests, it passes through the West Highlands of Scotland.
