Grange House, Grange, Limerick (1)
Once a fine three storey house, and like so many of Ireland's "Big Houses", the Grange is now just a ruined shell. The house was built by Thomas O'Grady in the early 1800s who died in 1861 and who had never married. It passed from the family to new owners who lived here until 1940, after which time the house entered a period of a gradual decline to become the ruin we see today.
