Loughrigg Tarn
Loughrigg Tarn
One thing about supervising a DofE group is that you get to new places. Loughrigg Tarn, a lovely little tarn with a backdrop of the Langdale Pikes. Hidden in a bowl from the main road up Great Langdale. Wainwright reckons itís the only tarn to share its name with a fell. He may be right. I canít think of any other.
