Hobbs & Sons Restaurant in the Black Country Living Museum, Dudley
Viewed from Canal Street. Now the museumís award-winning fish & chips shop, where the food is cooked in beef dripping for an authentic taste of the past, Hobbs Fish & Chip Shop was built at 41-42 Hall Street in Dudley.
The building was moved and rebuilt here, brick by brick, where it is part of a (fictional) 1930s High Street.
The shop is doing brisk business today, a chilly, rainy Sunday at the end of July 2015.
