Cale Cross House, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle
At 200 feet, one of the city centre's taller buildings (Newcastle is relatively low-rise), built in 1972-78 by Hubbard Ford & Partners but owing its present slick appearance to a re-cladding of 2002 by Ove Arup & Partners.
