One of an attractive matching pair (with NZ2464 : 8 Nelson Street, Newcastle), dated c1836. Both have emphasis on the central window and are crowned by a balustraded parapet. Grade II listed.
Built as the Dispensary, later the Fruit Exchange, and at the time of the photo, a hair salon, Aveda.
