Irritated with himself for having been bowled offering no shot to a ball from Worcestershire's Jack Shantry, Nottinghamshire's Alex Hales returns to the pavilion. A man with a famous name, the young all-rounder Brett Hutton (No 26), makes his way to the middle, where he was to score 40 of a seventh-wicket partnership of 83 which helped the visitors to a first-innings lead of 61.
