Sandringham, The Norwich Gates
The formal entrance to the gardens of Sandringham House is through these elaborate wrought iron gates, of a flower and leaf design. These famous gates are known as the Norwich Gates; they are the work of Thomas Jekyll and were given as a wedding present to the Prince and Princess of Wales in 1863 by the people of Norwich and Norfolk.
