Laxey, King Orry's Grave (1)
Laxey, King Orry's Grave (1)
One of two sites bearing this name (quite wrongly attributed to a C11 Norse king); this site is on the western side of the minor road from Ballaragh, in a secluded position behind a cottage. A pre-historic chambered cairn, dating from BC3000, once containing three chambers, and originally roofed with stone and turfs. LinkExternal link
