Wymondham station
Wymondham station
Wymondham station was opened on 30th July 1845. This is the view from the Cambridge-bound platform. On the opposite Norwich-bound platform the offices have been converted to the Station Bistro while on this platform is a dog grooming parlour. A Cambridge train is just leaving.

This beautifully kept station has all the appearance of a heritage railway station and the curve beyond the footbridge and to the right of the signal box does in fact lead to the Mid Norfolk Railway - see LinkExternal link
