6-8 Higham Place, Newcastle
6-8 Higham Place, Newcastle
Richard Grainger's first buildings in the city have happily clung on. He built these to his own designs in 1819-20 (for William Batson). Each of the three houses has a Tuscan doorcase (NZ2564 : Detail of 7 Higham Place, Newcastle). Grade II listed.
Now offices I think.
