Probably the earliest of the surviving terraces in this area, dated c1830. Similar to those round the corner (NZ2565 : 2-22 Jesmond Road West, Newcastle) - three bays and three storeys, some with cast-iron balconies (NZ2465 : Detail of 14-20 Great North Road, Newcastle). Grade II listed.
