SN0125 : Wallis Pond

taken 17 years ago, near to Wallis, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Wales

Wallis Pond
Wallis Pond
There seems to be a band of infertile soil in this area (the map marks Wallis Moor just upstream from here). The Spittal Brook with this pond flows through it. A plaque nearby reads: "this plaque to mark the restoration of the pond, was unveiled by H.R.H. the Prince of Wales on 3rd November 1978".
