Electricity pylons viewed from Whitlingham Broad, Norwich
Electricity pylons viewed from Whitlingham Broad, Norwich. These pylons connect a sub-station, which stand where the former Norwich coal power station stood between the 1920s and 1981, when it closed. There are plans to build an energy plant on the former site, burning compressed straw to reduce Norwich's carbon footprint and be a sustainable electricity source.
