It has the following planning permission (refused on 18 October 2016 and approved, on appeal, on 21 November 2017): “LA04/2015/0609/F Purpose built managed student accommodation comprising 620 no. units with associated amenity and ancilliary [sic] support accommodation with 54 no. lower ground floor parking spaces 140 Donegall Street Belfast BT1 2GX”.
