Radar tower, Upper Stoke
This is one of the four original towers, and the only one still standing, which served the RAF Stoke Holy Cross Chain Home radar station > Link - Link. It is tower no. 4. The platforms have been removed but otherwise the remaining tower is the original structure. A large bullet hole originating from a German aircraft's gun can still be seen about four metres up the steel structure of the south-eastern leg > Link.
