A picture of the rocks uncovered by the ebbing tide taken with a 10-stop negative density filter and using an exposure time of about a minute. The result is that anything that stays still in that time comes out nice and sharp but anything that moves, in this case the sea, comes out blurred, giving it a misty effect. The exposure in this pic is so long that the odd sea gull that flies through the frame doesn't come out at all.
