Retail development at Port Glasgow
Retail development at Port Glasgow
Phase three of the redevelopment of the former Kingston and Glen shipyard sites is now under way. The site was recently acquired by Ediston Real Estate, on behalf of Strathclyde Pension Fund’s Clydebuilt Fund. Tesco, B&Q, Costa Coffee and a Marston's bar and restaurant are already on site. Phase three will consist of non-food retail businesses.

See the same scene, which was the site of a fire, in 2008 NS3174 : Damping down.
