Machynlleth signal board 1233 at Porthmadog
There are now no conventional signals on the Cambrian routes, all signalling is 'in-cab' via the radio controlled ERTMS system. The only visible signals are these fixed boards, all numbered in the series based on the Cambrian signalling centre at Machynlleth. This board indicates the converging tracks at the east end of Porthmadog station.
