Lastingham Conservation Area, North Yorkshire

A picturesque village in Ryedale on the North York Moors. One of the highlights of Lastingham is its 11th century church, which boasts a unique crypt that is said to be one of the finest examples of Anglo-Saxon architecture in the country.
