Remains of Peel House Mills, Mill Lane, Warley
This seems to be the only remnant of the mill buildings. The mill was recorded in the 16C, and in 1833 when employees worked a 78 hour week. Buildings, including this one, are shown on the 1850 six-inch map, when it was a worsted mill. The small square structure is the base of a mill chimney, so perhaps the building was an engine house.
