A building at the corner of Victoria Street (75-81) and Ann Street. It has the following planning permission “LA04/2015/0675/F 75-81 Victoria Street Belfast BT1 4PB Change of use and extension of existing office building to provide hotel accommodation with associated bar and restaurant”.
There is an application for planning permission (7 March 2017) to extend the hotel into the neighbouring Annsgate House “LA04/2017/0497/F Change of use of existing office accommodation to provide 30 bedroom guest accommodation and roof terrace including a bar and associated screening Annsgate House 70-74 Ann Street Belfast BT1 4EH/40-42 Church Lane Belfast BT1 4QN”.
