Looking at the public artwork Spirit of the Staithes from a more oblique angle than [[[4848573]] gives a better impression of the 3 dimensional nature of the sculpture. When viewed from head on the stainless steel panels align to form an image of coal powered steam train and tender, which is meant to commemorate Blyths industrial past.
