Grade I listed

The church dates from the 12th century onwards and consists of a west tower and spire, nave with aisles, chancel, and north and south porches.

The tower dates from the 13th century and has a broach spire with three tiers of lucarnes.

There is a late 12th century north arcade of four bays, with circular piers. The south arcade is from the 13th century, and has the remains of wall painting from that period.
The clerestory is perpendicular, with four two light windows.
At the east end, the chancel dates from circa 1300, and has a north window with 14th century glass, and one with reset fragments of a similar age. The east window is by Kempe.
There is a good double sedilia and a piscina with a cusped arch.
The south porch and door dates from circa 1300.

There is a 14th century octagonal font, and pulpit from the 16th century.
There are several monuments including one to Susannah Noel of 1640.

The church underwent restoration in 1870, and the Rood screen and plaster was removed.

The churchyard has several military graves (relating to the nearby ex-RAF base of North Luffenham) dating from the Second World War onwards.
