taken 4 years ago, near to Thorntonloch, East Lothian, Great Britain

Breakwater at Skateraw Harbour
Breakwater at Skateraw Harbour
The breakwater is constructed from large loose blocks whose design ensures that they remain locked together without the need for cement. Two workers from the Torness Nuclear Power Station nearby are taking a lunchtime constitutional. On the horizon are Barns Ness Lighthouse NT7277 and (much further away) Bass Rock NT6087.
