Which local authority?
The purple sign proudly proclaims 'Welcome to the district of Stirling'. The sign beyond the parked cars says 'Welcome to East Dunbartonshire'. Both seem to lay claim to the small patch of ground on which the cars are parked! I wonder who is right?
