A Cornish pastiche - Trago Mills

I've never seen a water wheel like this before. It does appear to be workable but wasn't turning. Note Winston Churchill on the roof. The landscaping and water features here are quite interesting. Never mind the inside of this megastore, the outside is quite interesting in its own right.
