Tanker Leaving the Queen Elizabeth II Oil Dock at Eastham
Oil/chemicals tanker "Tana" enters the Mersey Estuary from the lock at the Queen Elizabeth II Oil Dock at Eastham. This dock was constructed next to the Eastham (Ship Canal) locks in order to provide berthing facilities for large tankers that could not be accommodated on the canal due to their size and has its own lock.
