The Welsh/English GORSAF BLEIDLEISIO/POLLING STATION notice is on railings near the entrance to Malpas Community Centre and Malpas Library. The library (on the right) Link is in use today as a polling station for the June 23rd 2016 UK EU Referendum. The polling station is open from 7am until 10pm.
EU Referendum 23 June 2016

The UK is set to have a referendum on 23 June 2016 on whether or not to remain a member of the European Union (EU), an economic and political partnership involving 28 European countries. Basically, a referendum is a vote in which people eligible to vote can take part, normally giving a "Yes" or "No" answer to a question. The side receiving more than half of all votes cast is considered to have won. According to current opinion polls the British public are fairly evenly split.
