A view along Cricklade High Street
This view is facing north-north-east. The free-standing clock was erected to commemorate the diamond jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897. There are the usual shops here including a kebab takeaway and a hardware shop. Further on is a Tesco Express convenience store. Once upon a time, all traffic heading north and south had to pass along this street.
