Here is a very rare sight indeed in Ireland. This is a post office and the doorway below shows a very early Victorian era post office moniker. Above is the royal crest. The crest was smashed to bits in many locations where it was placed just after Irish independence - but not here for some reason - and why it's a rare sight to see, to this day!
