A view along an alley, Railway Village, Swindon
This view is facing north-east along the alley running between Exeter Street to the left and Faringdon Road. The estate was built by the Great Western Railway in the mid 19th century to house workers at the nearby railway works. The building in the background with the two towers was once a chapel and then a museum.
