Thomas Lipton House, Chase Side, Southgate, London N14
There is a planning application to turn the main house into apartments and construct other properties after some demolition has taken place.

Thomas Lipton (1850-1931) lived in this house. He was a grocer, philanthropist and yachtsman. It has latterly been used as a convalescent home, although it is described as a hostel.
