KX100 and KX100+ Telephone Kiosks
The KX100 design by DCA Design in 1985 came as a welcome change from the utilitarian K8 SU9698 : K8 Telephone Box Amersham station. The KX100+ with the domed roof was introduced in 1996. Coloured trim reflected payment options and function. The 'Prancing piper' was introduced in 1991.
