Internal and external refurbishment and alterations to existing 3 storey building. Construction of first floor entrance plaza with accommodation for showers/changing with undercroft bicycle parking at ground floor level. Proposed pitched roof to be constructed on top of existing flat roof. Proposed two-storey entrance lobby with new exterior canopy.
