This is one of the markers placed by Sustrans on National Cycle Route no 8 Lon Las Cymru. It is one of the toughest routes on the NCN (National Cycle Network) and runs from Cardiff to Holyhead for its 257 mile length. The two sections are Cardiff - Llanidloes and Llanidloes - Holyhead and further information is available on the Sustrans website - enter the following for this [[[LinkExternal link]]]. Time taken 2.22 pm BST (British Summer Time).
