This sculpture by Angela Hunter (2015) is number 16 on the Central Greenock Statues Trail. It is located at NS2776 : The foot of Bank Street (the plinth can be seen indistinctly in that picture, from a distance). From the plaque on the near side of the plinth:

"Radical War Memorial
In memory of those wounded and killed on the 8th of April during a protest against the imprisonment of those who led the campaign for better social and economic conditions in a period of insurrection known as 'The Radical War'. Eight died, the youngest of whom was 8 years old, and the oldest 65."
