#31 was built in 1901 and operated on the route to Marton. It was rebuilt and top cover added in 1928. Withdrawn from service in 1934 it became open top work car 4 and operated until 1983. It went on loan to Beamish in 1988 where it was restored as an open top passenger tram. It has had spells back at Blackpool and has also been loaned to Heaton Park tramway, Manchester LinkExternal link.
