Pillbox (type FW3/22): DoB ID: S0012726

The tour continues to the west of the former airfield where the defences are more scattered. This pillbox was once the centre of a line of three, now reduced to two as its companion 250 metres further east I suspect, now lies buried under a modern soil heap. This type 22 is on the edge of a field within a line of trees.
