Rhyl clock tower divides the east and west parades on the B5118. The clock was commissioned by Councillor Mrs R.Davies, and was unveiled in December 1948.
A plaque on one side of clock reads: THIS / CLOCK TOWER / WAS PRESENTED / TO THE / TOWN OF RHYL / BY / COUNCILLOR / AND / MRS R.I. DAVIES / DECEMBER / 1948
